Project Implementation Architecture
To strengthen the college's EMI development plan, the dean serves as the project leader and works with vice deans and department heads to form a college-level EMI center. The center establishes goals, tracks progress, collaborates with language support units, and convenes internal and external stakeholders regularly to improve resource sharing, decision-making, cross-campus collaboration, and the quality of EMI teaching and learning.
