Project Implementation Architecture

To enhance the development of the key nurturing college, the administrative support organizational structure for the project in our college [see Figure 1], is led by the dean as the project leader. The college-level EMI center is formed by the dean, vice dean, and department heads, with the appointment of a center director and the establishment of an advisory committee to establish project goals and progress. Advisory committee members include department heads, faculty representatives, and representatives from external industry, government, and academia. The administrative support from various units within the college regularly convenes working meetings to promote resource integration and sharing, build consensus and decision-making, facilitate intercollegiate resource exchange, enhance EMI teaching quality, supervise the progress and effectiveness of the project implementation, and provide assistance based on the actual needs of the college to help other colleges enhance the EMI teaching environment, quality, and students' English proficiency.
